1. General Terms
Our customers have the right to cancel the services they have purchased. Cancellation and refund requests will be processed only if submitted to us in writing. Different cancellation periods and refund rates may apply depending on the type of service.
2. Cancellation Periods and Refund Rates
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour or event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within the last 48 hours before the event, or in cases of no-show, are non-refundable.
Special cancellation policies may apply to transfer and transportation services; please check the conditions specified during the booking process.
3. Cancellations by the Agency
In cases where the agency cancels a service due to extraordinary circumstances (such as insufficient participation, weather conditions, etc.), the customer will receive a full refund or, upon request, may be offered an alternative date.
4. Change Requests
Reservation changes can be made subject to availability and the approval of the service provider. An additional fee may apply for such changes.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days from the date the cancellation request is received.
